Welcome to the golf platform exclusive for ICICI Bank customers — offering curated golf privileges at 1,500+ Indian and international courses. This platform is for select ICICI Bank Credit Cardholders to enjoy golf games and golf coaching lessons.


1. Who Can Avail

Eligibility for the Golf program is based on card type. Eligible cardholders enjoy a predefined number of rounds of play and coaching lessons each calendar month. Golf rounds are available for courses in India and abroad while Golf lessons are only available for Indian courses/venues.

2. Booking Made Easy

Register once through this platform using your mobile number registered with ICICI Bank.

Post registration, eligible cardholders can browse available golf courses and select the preferred course of their choice for golf game or lesson.

Validate your card at the payment gateway with ₹2

Once confirmed, your booking details will be visible under Booking History in your account and you will also receive an email notification.

For paid games/lessons or guest visits, additional services, pay the applicable amount with your ICICI Bank credit card.


3. Access & Guests

Cardholders receive complimentary green fee access per entitlement. Accompanying guests are welcome—green fees for guests are chargeable as per the course’s published rates and subject to golf course policy. Golf benefits are strictly non-transferable and can be availed only by the cardholder.


4. Inclusive Services in India

At select venues, golf cart and caddie services are included at no additional cost only for cardholders. For other courses, these are chargeable. These privileges vary by course and will be indicated at the time of booking.


5. Booking Rules & Limits

Domestic Golf Bookings: Reservations open 15 days in advance and close 4 days prior to your requested play date (excluding the date of play).

International Golf Bookings: Reservations open 30 days in advance and close 10 days prior to your requested play date (excluding the date of play).

• All bookings are subject to availability and applicable policies.

• Only one booking (game or lesson) is allowed per card at a time.

• Unused monthly entitlements do not roll over.

• Cancellations made within the specified notice period may still count against your entitlement quota.

• In case of customer no show against a confirmed booking, the round will get forfeited and will get deducted from the total benefit applicable for the month.

Golf benefits are strictly non-transferable and can be availed only by the cardholder.

How do I make the bookings?
For ICICI Bank Diamant Credit Card members:
To make your bookings, please call ICICI Bank Diamant Personal Concierge on 1800-267-0732 (toll free) or 022-67872017 or contact your Relationship Manager.

For other eligible ICICI Bank Credit Card members:
  • Log in to the ICICI Bank Golf platform https://teetimes.truztee.com/ with your registered mobile number.
  • Choose your preferred golf course and select your preferred date and tee time.
  • Submit your booking request and await confirmation.
  • Check your Booking History to view all bookings and details.
You may also call i-Assist, our 24X7 concierge service on 1800 26 70731 (toll free for MTNL/BSNL lines) or 022 6787 2016 (standard call charges applicable), for assistance with online booking. An authorisation amount of ₹2 shall be taken on each eligible card.
How many days prior to the tee time do I have to make bookings?
For domestic courses, bookings open 15 days prior and close 4 days before the play date.
For international courses, bookings open 30 days prior and close 10 days before the play date.
Which golf courses are available under this offer?
Eligible ICICI Bank cardholders can access a curated network of premium golf courses across India and select international locations. You can view the full list of courses by clicking here or under the “Explore Courses” tab once you’ve logged into your account.
Can the Validity period of complimentary Golf Rounds/Lessons be extended?
As per the Programme Policy, Rounds/Lessons once expired cannot be extended.
How many open booking requests can I hold at a time?
ICICI Bank Credit Card members can hold only one open booking request (pending/confirmed) at any point in time. Successful booking is on 'first come first serve' basis and is subject to weekly stock availability. An open booking request will be considered closed once the customer has played the booked round on the tee-off date.
Is a Handicap Certificate compulsory to play golf?
A Handicap Certificate is not required at all golf courses, but several courses do mandate it for play. It is recommended to have a valid Handicap Certificate, as it may be requested by the golf course irrespective of program or course requirements.

If you do not hold an official handicap, please mention “No HCP” in your “My Profile” tab. In such cases, it is recommended that you book a golf lesson instead of a round.

Courses that typically require a valid Handicap Certificate will have this mentioned in the golf course information under the “Explore Courses” tab. Requirements may change from time to time as per individual course policies.
Is a Membership ID compulsory to play golf?
Some Golf courses mandate requirement of Indian Golf Union Membership number. This information will be mentioned in the golf course details page.
Can I continue to play golf at the courses after I have utilised the complimentary rounds?
You are welcome to tee-off at your preferred golf courses even after you have utilised the complimentary rounds of golf. The green fees vary from course to course depending on the time of the week (weekend/weekdays) and the season.

Are the golf privileges available on Supplementary/Add-on cards/ Plus Card?
The golf programme is available only for primary card members.
Do I need to carry my own golf set?
Most courses offer rental equipment on a paid basis. However, carrying your own golf set is recommended for an optimal playing experience. Charges for the same are to be borne by the card member.
Can I take guests with me?
Yes, you can invite friends or guests to play with you. Please remember, in such cases, the charges of the guest accompanying you will have to be borne by you. Golf courses reserve the right to not allow bookings for guests based on availability & their T&Cs.
How can I make payment for accompanying guests, if any?
Payment for guests accompanying a card member for the game must be made at the time of making a booking. If the booking cannot be confirmed, the amount will be reversed to your credit card.
Is it mandatory for me to bring a guest along?
Some golf courses do not allow a single/two players on weekends and sometimes even on weekdays. They may also pair a single golfer with other players if deemed suitable.
What are the conditions regarding use of a caddy and buggy on golf courses?
The use of a caddy and/or buggy is mandated by certain golf courses or as per the booking policy. If usage of a caddy or buggy is mandatory, the card member will be required to book and pay for the same either in advance via the platform or hire at the golf club and pay directly to the golf course. The card member will be responsible for his goods and not the caddy. Giving a tip to the caddy is in the spirit of the game. At some courses, the card member might not be allowed to drive the buggy himself.
In cases where a caddy and buggy are compulsory, is it complimentary as well?
The green fee is complimentary, courtesy ICICI Bank. Charges for caddy and buggy are complimentary on the selected golf courses available on the website while booking a game, for rest of the courses it will be on chargeable basis and will be borne by the card member.
What if I cancel a confirmed booking?
Cancellations need to be made at least 10 to 4 days prior to tee time (subject to the T&Cs of the golf course). Some golf courses do not allow cancellation. The same will be communicated to you at the time of booking. In case of a cancellation after the stipulated time, one slot will be deducted from the complimentary slots allotted to you. In case of payments made for guest/s or self, the same will not be reversed. Please note that no-shows may lead to forfeiture of future benefits.
