If you’ve accessed this application or made your booking/request, it is understood that you’ve read the terms & conditions and have accepted them and your booking is subject to the following terms & conditions. So please read the Terms & Conditions carefully.
USING THE APPLICATION
To book a tee time, you must be 18 years or over. By accessing the site or making a booking, you confirm that you and the other users/players for whom you have made a request accept the Terms & Conditions and you will inform the other users/players of the same.
REGISTRATION
Access to certain features of the site and the ability to complete a booking request are available only to users who have been pre-registered for an account through their issuing Bank, based on eligibility for the applicable program.
By accessing or using the site, you acknowledge and agree that your account has been created automatically based on information shared by your Bank and that Greenedge or its Partners will rely on this information for the purpose of providing program benefits and services.
You agree to maintain the accuracy of any information subsequently provided or updated by you through the site or the Concierge team. Greenedge or its Partners shall have no liability arising from any inaccuracy or failure to update your account information, including without limitation, your failure to receive important information or updates related to the site or your bookings.
If any information associated with your account is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise invalid, Greenedge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials issued to you.
THIRD PARTY PARTNERS
Third Party Partners/Service Providers may provide terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to each Service that you book under. The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Partner/Service Provider with whom the User elects to deal, including terms and conditions set forth by the partner/service provider. In the event that any of the terms, conditions and notices contained in these general T&Cs conflict with the additional/other terms and guidelines specified by the Partner/Service Provider, then the latter’s terms/guidelines shall prevail.
Third Party Partners/Service Providers may also change their terms & conditions as per their discretion and the same will need to be adhered to in order to avail the services.
GOLF REQUIREMENTS:
Most golf courses require handicap certificates to allow a golfer to play their course. We strongly advise that you carry your handicap certificates with you at all times. Some golf courses have a minimum handicap requirement and the golf course has the right to refuse access to the individual if this requirement is not met. Appropriate golf clothing and footwear as required by the golf course should be worn/adhered to at all times either on the course or in the clubhouse. Golf etiquette as mandated by the service provider will need to be adhered to at all times. Golf courses and facilities can refuse entry if their requirements are not met even if you have a confirmed booking.
PLAYING CONDITIONS:
Golf Course conditions may vary from time to time. Course maintenance & conditioning is not always scheduled in advance. Such events are not in the control of Greenedge and Greenedge cannot be held responsible for the condition of the course that you have booked to play or this information is not provided to the user/players in advance.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
The individual who has booked with us is solely responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your group to the properties such as the hotel, golf course, vehicle etc. You will be required to settle the damage amount directly either to the supplier or to us based on the circumstances. The individual is also solely responsible for their behaviour or code of conduct at the facility including golf course staff, other playing members, Greenedge staff and is required to comply with the golf club/hotel/other supplier’s rules & regulations.
The individual who has booked with us should not permit anyone else to use the services booked under his/her membership and also will be solely responsible for sharing the account login details with others. One should not try to access another member’s account and access the site/make a booking/for any purpose by using a robot, or any other automated means without our permission.
Bookings/cancellations made directly with the venue/service provider/third party other than through the application shall not be accepted.
GOLF CLUB RULES:
Golfers are required to comply with all rules and policies set by the respective golf clubs. These may include, but are not limited to, minimum flight requirements, mandatory joining member for weekend bookings at certain courses, and other conditions necessary to confirm a tee time — all subject to the availability of tee times.
In certain circumstances, minimum flight requirements must be fulfilled solely through bookings made via Greenedge. Combining such bookings with third-party reservations may not be permitted.
Golf clubs reserve the right to pair or slot players into available flights to optimize tee sheet utilization, without prior notice to players who have already made their bookings, on either weekdays or weekends.
All golf clubs reserve the right to reject any player, restrict play, or enforce their course-specific rain check policy at their discretion.
For single-player or two-player bookings — whether on weekdays, weekends, or public holidays — tee times are indicative. The golf course reserves the right to hold such bookings for a reasonable period to pair players with others, in order to maintain the pace of play and adhere to course policy.
QUALITY OF SERVICE:
Greenedge is not responsible in any way for the quality and availability of the service provided by the golf courses and other suppliers: Greenedge and their partners and agents, employees, directors, officers, representatives, shareholders, host golf clubs and other suppliers of goods and services accept no liability from any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury or property damage which the golfer, his/her personal representatives, heirs, next-of-kin, assigns and insurers may have, or which may hereafter accrue, as a result of using the services provided. Partners or its client shall not hold Greenedge responsible for or liable for any action, claims, demands, losses, damages, cost, charges and expenses which the client may suffer, sustain or incur by means of including but not limited to changes or cancellations of the services.
UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES:
Greenedge shall not be considered liable or in default in the organizing of the round or service if such performance is prevented, due to any force majeure such as declared war, hostilities, invasion, act of foreign enemies, rebellion, terrorism, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or civil war, riots, strikes or natural disasters such as earth quakes, hurricane, typhoon, tsunami, volcanic activities, pandemics, epidemics etc. Greenedge shall not be considered liable or in default in the organizing of the round or service if such performance is prevented by situations like flight delays, incessant rain, and other adverse conditions which is beyond Greenedge control.
PRICING:
Greenedge reserves the right to increase or change the price of any package/product/service advertised in any communication including the website. Prices quoted to individuals are also subject to change due to but not limited to currency exchange rate fluctuations, or increase in statutory taxes and so on. Prices are subject to change until the final payment has been completed which is tantamount to your booking confirmation.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Please check all vouchers/booking confirmations that are provided to you carefully as it will not be possible to change the booking if it falls within the cancellation period. All the bookings will be confirmed as per the booking rules.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payments can be made via the secured online payment gateway where applicable. In the event of a cancellation, the refund amount will be credited back to the credit card within 30 days. In case of any issues, please contact info@truztee.com
PAYMENT GATEWAY:
The payment gateway service is an outsourced verisign secured site which in turn works in alliance with various banks and facility providers. The user of this facility acknowledges that the online payment services may not be uninterrupted or error free and Greenedge or its partners cannot be held responsible for any downtime or errors in the payment gateway services.
CANCELLATIONS/AMENDMENTS:
Cancellation terms & conditions are subject to the policy of the golf course and will vary from golf course to golf course or will be subject to the overall program cancellation guidelines. A booking can be cancelled as per the cancellation policy. In the event of “No Show” the booking will be considered as played. Amendments are not possible in this application. If you wish to amend a booking, you will need to cancel your current booking and put in a new request. Cancellation terms will be subject to the terms and conditions of the golf course or supplier, promotional offers and so on and will supersede the general cancellation terms and policies.
INFORMATION ON WEBSITE:
While we strive to provide accurate and up to date information, Greenedge does not warranty that all information is accurate, up to date, relevant, or complete and we do not have any liability for any loss or damage you may have incurred due to the inaccurate information given on the website. All information on the website, promotions, emailers, brochures etc are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of bookings. Occasionally, delays, outdated information, mistakes or errors could occur in prices and other details which is regrettable but will always be reconfirmed at the time of booking and Greenedge cannot be held responsible for such information inconsistency in their communication.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER:
Greenedge is not responsible for the use, validity, quality, suitability, fitness and due disclosure of the third party/service providers and makes no representations, warranties or conditions of any kind in this respect, whether implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, title, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge and agree that the relevant third party/service provider is solely responsible and assumes all responsibility and liability in respect to the booking/trip (including any warranties and representations made by the third party/service provider). Complaints or claims in respect of the booking/trip (including related to the offered (special/promotion) price, policy or specific requests made by individuals) are to be dealt with by the third party/service provider. Greenedge is not responsible for and disclaims any liability in respect of such complaints, claims and liabilities.
